What Isomorphism does and does not promise.

Isomorphism is a technical tool. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not by itself make a processing operation compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG), the GDPR or professional secrecy rules.

  • Recognition is pattern based. A value written in an unusual way, or a kind of data the version does not cover, stays in the text. Names, companies and addresses rely on patterns and word lists, not on understanding.
  • Placeholders replace values, but the surrounding text can still identify a person.
  • The mapping contains the real values. Treat it as personal data.

You remain responsible for what you send to a model.
